Message from the President
Unity….an elusive goal and rare amongst us medical doctors…for we are scattered and completely stranded on our own.
Despite the presence of numerous societies and associations, we are still in a mess of jumbled jigsaw puzzle pieces….thus we are weak and easily a target for the ‘predators’ out there hunting and abuse us down……
Recent example like the 1Care issues and the previous PHFSA can easily show their total grip domination over our scattered, powerless and voiceless noble profession, for they fear us not as they know our weakness…..our fragmented un-united being.
It is time to WAKE UP and be a part of a new generations of doctors who will forge a new United Front to deal with these ‘threats’ and set our own pace and ability to dictate our own terms ….a new force to be reckon with….
Our collective voice and might in numbers shall see us thru with future engagement with these ‘threats’…to stand as one and strengthens our rights as we see fit.
As one, we can ….
As one, we will……
As one, we shall prevail…..
So please, my brothers and sisters of Malaysia’s medical fraternity , it is time to join our hands and minds to forge a new alliance for the sake of our future…we don’t want to be side-lined , bullied, ignored, brush-aside and harassed again…..NO MORE!!!
Starting from a Facebook group then and now to a full fledge legal ROS certified entity, we at MPCN/MPCAMhas come a long way…..
Yes, we have grown and we are still growing…and all the members ofMPCN/MPCAM should be very proud of the progress we have made over the past few months…each struggles will be met with and will be dealt with….even before we have become a legalised society, we already step in to do actively what we deemed as necessary intervention and participation and we are not stopping..…
The formation of M-Team in MPCN is one of the example…voluntarily done and with passion for all our Brothers and Sisters of Medical fraternity in Malaysia to stand and represent all of us. We believe in the walk, not just Talk.
MPCN/MPCAM does not mean to rival all other existing Medical Organisation…we will complement them instead and we will assist in any way we can to help out the management of our Medical World.
I hope they don’t look at us as a threat….after all we do need each other.
And so with that, we will march on…we will carry on our duties and we will unite as One for the betterment of our Nation and for our noble timeless profession.
Dr. Jim. Loi,
President of MPCAM.
